I'd strongly prefer cool white over neutral. Based on beam pics/vids I've seen of the Nichia option it's just too warm and dull for what I like in any light.

W35 LC DELも素晴らしい光軸調整を搭載したライトなので迷っていますが、利便性はこちらのほうが良さそうですね。
T1はエアガン用レール等で固定可能にすればリュック等につけた状態でハンズフリー照明としても、手に持って懐中電灯としても使えるので、同じ価格帯ならT1ですかね....
フォーカスリング部分の防水防塵面については、いっそワイドは3眼で遠視はLEPと割り切って接着しちゃっても大丈夫なようにも思えます。
ただ、バッテリキャップの落下防止は必須ですね。
