Peew Peew Peew! i started weathering at 12 yeqrs old and also would use dark paint smeared cotton for smoke and shreaded tissue paper painted red/orange and yellow for flames. I did a captured B-17 in German markings like Scale Modeler had on their cover. I think that X-Wing has a Hellcat engine inside it!
This being my first weathering attempt, I'm pretty happy with the results. Next time I'll try to not make it as grimy. Had a lot of fun with it
