  • This song is inspired by Indian classical forms but is presented in a contemporary rock fashion. The overpowering emotion in the song is of happiness & celebrations. Since it is a tarana it has no lyrics but is an amalgamation of various ragas. The predominant raga used is Malhar.

Thanks for writing in! Really sad to see that you din't like our effort - but we value your feedback and will work harder to do better. However, we do believe we have done more than playing keyboards (usually on a yamaha PSR) to Hamsadhwani. maybe, you already know this - this composition is in Raag Mian Malhar and Brindavan Sarang (NOT Hamsadhwani). Writing this for general benefit . Thanks!

But ow I am really proud of Harish, because he once again proved that the hard work will always conquer the Everest one day. Still, this video doesn't get that much recognition as it deserves. Like all other works from Agam, this one has its own signature.

Dw they have a small yet STRONG fan base. As a hardcore Maharashtrian I don't understand a single word of their carnatic fusions but the instrumental explorations r (omg!) next level. And I'm basically obsessed w the band.
Edit: their music crosses language barriers cuz the rendering and exploration is rich enough. Unlike other songs which r nothing if lyrics aren't understood. Very few artists reach that level.

Boby, Thanks for writing in - Again. I would like to reiterate, we value your opinion and feedback and will work towards doing better as musicians. We do not specifically agree to your bracketing our effort to be the same as playing "Vathapi Ganapathim" with guitars + keys and have a drums + mridangam + ghatam standoff (taniavarthanam) at the end. We have worked hard to not play music like that and believe have done more than that. Thanks again for engaging in this conversation. Appreciate it.

The only reason why this is not getting much reorganization is the lack of knowledge of classical music. If we talk about the past at that time when this masterpiece was released, not much people have the knowledge of classical music and now also. Somehow in the era of pop or smooth or jass, the classicals are going downward but if we consider this then no one can say this is downgraded because this is a combination of classical and rock or indo classical. But somehow it still is not getting what this deserve. All the musicians, artists have done there job very nicely. Salute to all, love from all over the world 💖💖🌹
