A Jaw Bucket is handy on the Rototilt as you don't have a thumb. Tilt rotators make the machine something new. I wouldn't have a machine without a tilt rotator. Yes I run kx080 with a Rototilt.

Good question -- ⚠ do the tracks on this model expand and contract ? I was watching another video yesterday from Kubota Japan and they were showing a much smaller model where the tracks do this, I'm not sure why they do that, because the tracks - even if very close together would not get you into a tight area as the body width of the machine stays the same, but maybe it is for different types of terrain so the machine can stabilize itself ( ? ) Anyway, fun machine ! if all you do is load trucks off a pile then you dont need a tilt rotator. if you dig in tight spaces doing fine grading this will outrun a machine without a tilt rotator.
Start at about 40K for most brands of tilt rotators. If you are billing by the hour a tilt rotator isn't for you. If you bid your jobs they pay themselves off in a hurry.
I’d love a review of the very popular KX40. I’m in the market but can’t find any great detailed reviews/infomercials on them. I’d also be interested to know if you can even get them in these crazy times! Nice video, though. Enjoying the channel.
