I recently got to use a Huawei gt3 pro A friend got for $700 CDN, the finishes and screen are great, worth every penny, on the other hand it doesn't compare well OS wise with my Mobvoi 3 ultra or Pixel watch LTE, or not even the older mont blanc with wear OS 2, it's more in line with the older Samsung active 2 with Tizen my wife has but more fluid, also in north America you can't use your banking apps...
It depends were you see value and were you live.

Hi my GT3 se is great but when my heartrate is at 150/151 it sticks and does not go above those numbers no matter how hard I try but then when I look at the stats on the app it says my heartrate was actually higher than 151..Iv reset the watch many times but the problem continues,any advice??

You know i bought Gts 4 Amazfit and it refused to have notifications come through on my Note 10 Pro redmi phone I have a feeling these brands Huawei and Amazfit work on certain phones only. So I exchanged it and still waiting on another one maybe that one I had was defective of some sort. I have always used Mi band from 5 to 7 and still using mi band 7 til i get my gts 4 amazfit reshipped to me and see if itll work!

I had the worst experience with the GT2Pro. But this GT3 SE is great. The software is better than the old OS on the GT2 series.
I bought gt2 a year ago. And now it's dead. Battery is overheating. And nothing can help it...

I have used everywhere and I wasn’t gentle with it,it got hit on almost every surface,it’s a good watch,you just had bad luck.
What are the improvements made by version 3 of TrueSleep on the Se compared to version 2 on the GT3 Pro ?

Nope.

There is such a mode in the settings. Disables most tracking features.

Have been using the GT3SE now for a while.. I notice that the OS has some improvements. Seems that it can automatically connect to my phone when wearing. I have two other older Huawei watches, the GT2e and the GT2pro, which have to be set manually. What I also noticed is that when I'm playing a game like Beatsaber in VR and I use my GT2e, it measures my arm movements as steps and I get high heart ratings. The GT3se doesn't do that. It doesn't see my arm movements as steps and the heartrate is lower than with the GT2e. The GT2e on the other hand give me heartratings that are way too high.

There is no option for keeping the screen on all the time. Instead, there is a mode called "AoD," which is too dim. Furthermore, there is no brightness control for AoD mode.
This watch is designed to save battery life and last as long as possible at the expense of bright operation comfort.
Otherwise, it is a very good watch.
This is the way AOD works on most watches... It keeps basic info in order not to drain the battery.

Sucks I can't get any of these watches because I'm in the USA and the stupid ban our government passed.
I bought several Huawei watches in the past 4 years. The worst was the GT2 Pro. Beautiful watch, but heart rate tracking was so bad that it was unusable. I had two GT2e watches. The first one fell on the floor when I was putting it on my arm and the glass broke. That's why I thought to buy the GT2 Pro with gorilla glass. It looked beautiful, but, as I wrote, disappointing. So after a long time hesitating, I bought another GT2e. The watch still functions, but it has a problem with the screen... And it looks very used (well, I used it everywhere). So when I saw the GT3 SE, I was tempted, but also, due to the experience with the Pro, a bit skeptical. Yesterday I bought it at a discount for around $150 (138 Euro). So far, I'm very happy with the watch. On my bicycle trip, it responded very well. Heart rate was similar to what the GT2e gave (unlike the GT2 Pro, which always gave a lower heart rate while riding my bike than in regular mode).
Sou ds like a love and hate Huawei experience 🤔 Let's hope they will get better

Man gt2 pro is only having the function of installation of apps not the gt2 . Why will company launch the pro version if they are updating the gt2 to installing third party apps.
