I been using it for 2mths and this S7 ultra maxV really incredible. If you check the robot bin you can't believe your eyes how clean is the bin because all the dirt had been suck into the dock bin. Best Roborock!

@@shanew7361 I agree with Jamie here, it depends on what you're after. If you want an automated robot that also mops your floors, then the S7 doesn't really do it, because you need to clean the mop and fill up the water tank. But if you don't care about mopping, then it's silly to spend the extra money.

I was surprised how slow the S7 MaxV charges on the Ultra dock. My neato charged completely in a couple hours. I just received it and the first charge is taking at an hour and a half to go from the "low battery" point that it goes to recharge to 54%.

One thing though, there is no smell of soap after finishing a clean and I have seen that people say that the Mapping featur will be greatly enhanced if adding soap. I know that the warranty will be voided if I do but what will actually happen? Is there really any need? Improvement? Except that my house will smell Like a traditional clean with soap and water..

According to Roborock the bag in the Empty Wash Fill Dock gives you a E12 rating (99.5%) the bag with the other 2 filters in the Auto Empty Dock give you and H13 rating [99.99%l. The latter is an official HEPA whereas the bag alone is only EPA.
If you need obstacle avoidance I would say certainly. If you want a better hands off mopping experience then certainly. The dock makes the S7 MaxV better.

@Todd P I have no way of knowing really. It is not a problem for everyone and it depends on things such as the size of your home and the amount of long haired pets you have.

Yea Roborock releases all of these models at different times across the world. It is hard for me to keep up with the dates.
Overpriced get the Roborock S7 plus, what I have and in white and smaller base station.

Great video review! Do you like the rotating mopping pads like the Dreame has better or this Roborock stationary one?
Personally I don't mind either as the both have their own pros and cons so it really comes down to what robot you want.
Just purchased the whole package (robot and ultra dock) coming from Roomba i7 (which I stopped using).

My honest opinion is yes. Jamie might have a diffrent opinion.

The S7 maxv has issues emptying its dustbin.. Won’t work every time
