We got rid of our Picanto Turbo last year as the 'war on the driver' got tighter and tighter, but although it's nice not to have the parking wars and the tax, insurance and MOT hassle every year, we found life without a car was awkward. So we looked around and settled on a used 2016 Citroen C1 puretech 82 Flair. It's a good-looking, chunky little car and on the test drive it amazed me with its eager engine and easy drive. It has lots of torque even at low revs and never feels short of power.
When am feeling depressed I watch Rebecca's videos and snap out of it. Her elegance beauty and knowledge is facinating.

few things they missed. yeah bootspace is small but parcel shelf out that suitcase you can stand two up no problem.
multimedia interface doesn't work with IOS phones over IOS 8.0 all you can do is control music and answer and make calls. And as for Android it works reading messages and answering calls but mirror link technology still doesn't work even with Androids latest version.
saying that they are fantastic cars I brought a brand new on in 2015 and ive loved every minute of driving it the best way to think about it is it's a car for yourself not for taking others about everyday. it's small but inside you have enough room (I'm 5ft 11 and a big rugby playing lad) and I can drive it with ease. go for the flair model as you get extras like tinted windows, silver and black alloys and a reversing camera but don't expect loads of power and torque it's a city car. I have a 2010 Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec aswell but I always find myself driving the C1 they are lovely cars to drive and to own.

Music should be background music, not at near same level as the presenter every time, all the time. This is strangely something most car programs suffer from, whether on television or online.

You can't link the screen to most smartphones. You can do it with very few smartphones, mostly old models.
Very reasonable car, but not roomy or fast. Good review.
Loading the rear trunk seems a bit awkward. Don't like the front end looks.

this gen of c1 is in my opinion the modern interpretation of the old 2cv. it has the same charm and a similar shape

I tried one - top speed is in 4th - not 5th gear. Liked the C1 better.

She doesn't mention that there are 2 engines. The 1.2 Puretech 82 goes much better than the 1.0 litre.
Hopefully she was driving the 1.0... (I missed it if she said she was)

Must admit, I've driven the Aygo version of the previous model, and considered it enjoyable to drive. VW Up..? What can you say ? It'a VW. But so boring and uninspiring to look at. Suits a Telegraph reader. For any normal person, it'd be the Citroen for choice.
I think they should cut the backing music it is terrible.

Rebecca is the perfect woman in my eyes I love her perfect car driving racing woman heavy lead foot enjoys the throttle doesn't mind revving and engine up and she is a true like race car driver. She looks fantastic in the dress normally she wears pants but she is a beauty!

She needs a smaller suitecase - most other reviewers seem quite satisfied with the trunkspace, since, after all IT'S A SMALL CAR FOR THE CITY.

it's a city car. yes small boot, cheap materials, strange windows, slow acceleration. Please understand that it is built that eay because you are reviewing a city car not a limo!
Does anyone really care about fuel economy?
It seems ridiculous to go for a car on fuel economy alone when it can skint you in so many other areas.
