The "iguana" is a bearded dragon 😂 Not commenting out of disrespect, I just got excited because I have a beardie named "Pringles". They are such funny creatures, and are relatively easy to take care of in "unique" pet stance, maybe if you guys were considering one 🤷♀️ Just saying 😂 Love you, your family and your videos so much! lol not an iguana! Definitely a bearded dragon I have 2. Ramsay and Maverick. They are definitely not for beginners though. But a fun pet. There’s a lot that goes into their care. The correct lighting etc. definitely stick with the furry pets❤

Colleen, pet shops in the UK don't sell kittens, puppies, or birds, just typically fish , rabbits Guinea pigs, gerbils, rats and mice.
Where I live there's an annual rock/mineral/gem show where people show off their finds and you can buy them. You should see if there's an event like that in your area to help you identify some of your mystery rocks.

That blue rock!! I would definitely try tumbling maybe your fifth favorite piece. Most of the rocks I find are suburban rocks. Like a company bought them a dumped them for landscaping but I think taking them is stealing? Like, the parking lot near my kohls has some glorious rocks! I cheated and bought some bags of rocks from a local garden place. I now have 15lbs of rocks and one tumbler!
I think all those coincidences with the show is a sign to move forward with writing and producing more creative projects
It doesn’t look like sodalite. Something similar to sodalite is lapis lazuli which has the glitter (pyrite). It looks like calcite to me. Is it soft and waxy feeling? If so, it’s calcite, which comes in a lot of colors.

the original dress is only sold on theirs original website I believe , a very famous youtuber (cant remember her name) she bought a couple dresses from sc am websites and one of the original , the original is pretty pricey (in the 200+$) but the material is thick and quality , the other cheap dresses were super thin and didnt have the lace in the back to tighten the kind of corset,which is what makes the dress 'special' , they steal the photos from the original site and sells it on all these 'cheap' sites.. sad
oh yeah..i think we have all been taken by one of those scam sites. keep the dress for the FABRIC. you can make something for Maisie out of it, or a costume, or a pillow or something. there is value in that Scam in some way.

ROCK ID The blue stone is either lapis with mica inclusions or possibly sodalite but sodalite generally doesn’t have the dark inclusions. Fellow rock nerd. I am envious of the rocks in California. It’s on the bucket list list for me

I got scammed exactly like you did on tic tok shop with a pair of Judy Blue Jeans! Took forever, has no tags/name, very bad quality, and no record of me purchasing except for the $60 takin out of my account. I’m now terrified to buy off of there again.

The blue rock resembles what they call "Iron Slag" Look up blue iron slag images. I live very close to a old Furnace Iron melting plant. It is no longer in operation due to the environmental impact it has. That blue slag is in abundance around the site. It kinda acts like glass. Well the blue parts anyway. Really cool still to have it in your moms back yard!
Our pet store looks like that! They're not allowed to sell cats/dogs (except for a shelter or humane society) in MD anymore, so it's just full of reptiles and fish.

My guess for the blue rock is "slag", a byproduct of iron ore mining. I am no expert though! I just found something similar a few years ago in southern Illinois. The texture being kind of "glassy" like obsidian like you said is what made me think of it. Whatever it is, it's beautiful!
Colleen!! I get it!!! I went camping at Lake Michigan this weekend, and started looking at the rocks. And it was SO COOL!!! I found so many cool things! All sorts of cool banding, quartz(ite). I think I’m going to get a tumbler and become obsessed thanks to you. You inspired me and it was so fun! I have a feeling this is about to become an obsession!

I think cats know when they are filmed. My cat is the opposite of Daisy. Especialy when she was little she was sleeping soo cute, I just wanted to photograph her. But when I pulled up phone and turn on my camera she's like she knows what I'm doing and she opens her eyes, like she wasn't sleeping at all. Now she notices if I'm taking a picture or video of her, but don't care and just does what she was doing.
About that blue rock. It is so beautiful and it's so crazy, that your mom just had it in her backyard.😱 I'm not an expert or know anything about rocks, but it looks simmlar to lapis lazuli maybe idk.

SODALITE is one of my favorite stones, it’s so beautiful and seems to bring me a peaceful vibe. 💙 However, I think those gorgeous blue rocks your mom found may be CALCITE. Look into it! Calcite has a soft almost waxy texture to it and can be found in all sorts of colors. When it’s wet, it especially looks so smooth and pretty!
