colleen, i saw this therapist saying that when she was a child she loved when her mom would talk positively about her to other people in front of her, she said that it made her believe on the good things that she did, it made she feel good about herself. Now as a parent that’s something she makes sure to do with her kids and i thought about telling you that because you always do it with your kids when you talk about them in front of them to the camera 🥹
The sky in Paris.. I live in the north of Scotland and at this time of year, we are all far enough north that the sun sets much later during the summer. Summer days are gloriously long, by summer solstice (longest day) the suns sets after 10pm and rises again before 4am. The sky, literally, does not go dark. The offset is that by winter solstice (shortest day) the sun rises after 9am and sets before 4pm, this is also taking into account daylight saving. the further north you go the more extreme it gets, where you reach the point the sun does not set in the summer. For some reason this seem to give us the most intensely beautiful, gorgeous skies, sunrises and sunsets. I feel extremely privileged to live where I do.
You should send some polished rocks to CZcamsr Kyle AppleFord whose wife recently died of lung cancer. He has a large area he's building a rock garden in front of his house in memory of his wife ♡

So interesting to note how when your kids tell you something sweet like “you’re so pretty” you smile big and without hesitation agree with them and then return the gesture. I wish you could see things this way when others in your life try to compliment you the same way, Colleen. ❤

I got both sides of my nose pierced. It took about a year and a half to heal. I absolutely love them.
But with your kids jumping on and playing with you, I’m scared one of them will rip it out, or if they’re constantly bumping it, it could get infected and you could get keloids.
I love my piercing so much , I would do it again, but it’s just something to think about.

piercing anything on your face would be a bad idea because wesley and maisey play with your face so much. it would most likely get torn out or scratch them.

Oh my gosh Wesley’s little curls are so cute.
That sky is blue at night in Paris as more of this sunlight passes through our atmosphere, it is scattered in all directions by the gases and particles in the air. This scattering is called Rayleigh scattering. Blue light is scattered the most because it travels in shorter, smaller waves, so we tend to see it the most. The atmosphere is denser in that part of the world leaving a bluer sky at night.
my nose was my biggest insecurity all my life, i always hated it and thought it was so big. i was also scared that getting it pierced would draw more attention to it but colleen i swear, once i got it done, i actually started liking my nose?! idk how but it made it feel soooo much less big and less ugly… never in a million years would i think that i’d like my nose but getting it pierced changed everything!! i always recommend it for people who hate their nose, it’s literally like a cheap alternative to a rhinoplasty 😂 i promise it actually takes the attention AWAY from the “imperfections” !!!
also yeah it sucks not being able to touch it while it’s healing but once it’s healed you can touch it all you want!! i really think you’d look super cute with one, and you can always take it out if you don’t like it 😊

Truly, how I felt when I met you TWICE last summer, during your tour.
During that time, I was going through a pretty rough break up. Right after meeting you and seeing the show, I felt so much strength, peace, and love that I had not felt in over a year. I finally got to meet someone who had given me so much comfort and joy for over a decade. The way you are gushing over TS is exactly what I did after meeting you.
Also, seeing how ecstatic you looked at Disneyland made my heart so happy. YOU DESERVE ALL OF THIS HAPPINESS.

I did it! I fell behind on vlogs and I was back in Vlarch just a few days ago. I caught up in just a few days. I have diagnosed myself with ADHD 😂 and I’m thankful to have a job where I can have CZcams on my phone to help me focus while I work on the computer.
What kinds of things do you do to help you focus when you really need to? Like sitting at the computer to edit?
Colleen as a performer your self that did several costume changes during a show you know how it is.

Just wanted to say this. The universe has a special way of allowing things to happen when they need to for us. You not going to see Taylor earlier because tickets were too costly was because at the time midnight's was your favourite album but the songs on TTPD speak and hit so differently for you especially with all you've gone through the last few years. Whose afraid of little old me, when you were sobbing in the kitchen? The universe opens opportunities for us when need be. You were in the right space and frame of mind to watch Taylor at this time because this album resonated so deeply with you. Life isn't random ❤

I related to the end where you said at your concert people felt the same as Taylor swift… unfortunately when you came to Melbourne Australia I was 13 and my mother refused to let me go and refused to go with me. Well NOW I’m 22 and my mum is a religious watcher of your videos and we bond and laugh about them regularly and she wishes she could have seen and met you too and feels bad she didn’t let me 🤣
All these years I had been waiting for you to come back and now I know it probably won’t happen so I just pretend we’re on FaceTime sometimes 😂

I pierced my nose 6 years ago and I still love it, plus I have an eyebrow ring, people with pierced noses are awesome…. You can still touch and rub your nose, you actually forget that it’s there most of the time
You would actually look really good with a pierced nose! I got mine done when I was 17 & I’m 33… 😳 sometimes I forget I even have it. It’s just part of my face haha

i just have to say that going to your show did not feel like going to see Taylor Swift bc going to see Taylor Swift was like going to see an icon and a celebrity. Going to see you felt like meeting and seeing a best friend that I’ve had for years actually in the flesh. It was a very very surreal moment for me and one that I am so grateful for. Colleen ive had my nose pierced for over 10yrs now. Just 2 years ago my own mom asked me if i just got it done...and JUST today a coworker asked the same thing... so it MIGHT just not bring attention to your nose haha

Speaking of those rompers, I’m 7 months pregnant with my first child and pants just ain’t it anymore. When I was looking for comfortable clothes, I remembered you wore those rompers when you were pregnant with the twins and totally bought several of them. I’ve been living in them for weeks and they’re basically the only thing I wear anymore because they’re so comfortable!

The fact that your tearing up about us going to your concert and feeling the way you did at Taylor’s concert just made me want to tear up because last June I went to your concert in Chicago and that was my first concert I have ever been to, btw I’m 25 and I LOVE music, I just never went to one. I have been watching you since I was 14 and you were always someone I looked up to, you have always been my idol. You are such a good mom and now I have a 2 year old daughter that I love more than anything🥹 I am so proud of how far you have come and don’t ever beat yourself up because you are amazing and deserve the best 🩷🩷

Also I got my nose pierced years ago and it irritated me so much it only lasted a week before I took it out. Same with the ear cartilage piercing, which hurt when I lay on it at night, so it also got removed 😂

I’m crying with you girl! May 21 2023 my mom and I drove to Pittsburgh to go see YOU! I remember buying the tickets the year before and patiently waiting for the day to arrive. I ended up getting VIP tickets so I could have the meet & greet and to get a picture with you. ( still hate that I couldn’t give you a hug, but maybe one day) and then the show started, it was better than I could’ve imagined. If I remember correctly I think I actually got a cameo in the vlog you posted ( my rudest trait- I think that’s what it was called) I took so many pictures and videos that I had to delete over 50 pictures just to have enough storage. It was so lovely seeing you experience Taylor and I want nothing but happiness and love for you 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Regarding the ticket pricing. Overall I have noticed that in europe, the ticket prices are cheaper than in UK/US. Also you are limited to only buy 4 tickets per person and the resell price cannot be more than 30% more than purchase price. And if you get lucky you just have someone who cant go to the show and wants his/her money back so they dont up the price too much.
I agree with the person who said that our family felt super excited seeing you in person so we get the excitement that you felt!! 💙
