@@berenisemendez5223 sure there’s no such thing as normal, but what I think Michelle means is that her reactions have been realistic. I’ve endured a lot of abuse and it does change you physiologically , I can only try to imagine how Britney felt though.

If she is attending therapy then she is clearly level headed and functional enough to be left to her own recovery

Yeah, I really do hope it's coming from her, because you're right that everyone wants to hear what she has to say (even if they won't admit it), and if the book turns out to just be fluff... imagine the backlash she'll get.
So many people learned absolutely nothing about not attacking the poor girl just for being the most famous pop star of her generation. Like her success makes her inherently bad as a person, when she's always shown herself to be very sweet and kindhearted... people really are trash, I'm sorry.
It would be so neat if you did a few videos or podcasts reading through the book with us and discussing it as we go. That would be so cool to read it together and discuss the different aspects within it

It's so ironic (indignant, actually!) that THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD can speak about Britney in all those documentaries, books, and interviews without her written consent. Then when she finally speaks out HER OWN STORY in HER OWN BOOK, she couldn't do it? It's simply ridiculous 🙄
no one’s saying she’s not capable of it. Her life just still seems very controlled by her team still so it’s hard to believe she’s truly free and if she’s not truly free, it’s hard to believe her team would allow an honest tell all to be published
I’m sketched about this book. I have a feeling it’s going to gaslight us and the end being like “life was crazy I’m so great now!” Like…. If she was silenced for this long with having access to social media I can’t only imagine how much is going to be left out. I HOPE not but we’ll just have to wait and see.
But that could also be her perspective. It seems like she really doesn’t want to talk about the past and just move on. She she might very well pretend like everything is ok.

She has EVERY RIGHT to tell HER story! If other ppl can make documentaries and other things about HER life without her permission and make money off of it, SHE is allowed to tell her own story. How absurd to try to silence her, but didnt silence anyone else making things about her own life. Crazy!

The book cover being old is symbolism because everyone remembers her most from those years and similar to child actors society has issues with allowing children in the industry to grow up. The woman in her may also be symbolic of who she portrays to the world vs who she is inside
I remember when I heard that Britney was going to speak in court and give her testimony. I remember how much I wanted her to speak but I really thought they would stop her and silence her. However she spoke... and I wasn't expecting that. I think everyone remembers her testimony. I feel the same way about her book. I still don't know if she has complete control or if she got to say what she wanted and how she wanted to say. I still have my fingers crossed... if she wrote this book y'all know she's dropping some bombshells. If its safe.. we know who wrote it.

I just want to put this out here; Will-I-Am is releasing a song with her featured in it, but she hasn’t posted a single thing about this song. I have a theory that Will, Britney’s family/music management are STILL releasing music without her knowledge and uses AI to use her voice.

*It's so strange they let her talk about the conservatorship in the Britney For The Record Documentary back in 2008 but then we never heard about it from Britney again and the doco has pretty much been scrubbed from the internet. I wonder if the conservatorship was originally only going to be temporary but then they got greedy*

@@krisgrym I can’t tell you more because that’s all that’s said, but of course her people was very tight around her so that didn’t happen. They were others who wanted to see her personally, after her conservatorship ended but wasn’t allowed or their request was left dry.

Sloan honey … Yes there is a small section in all dollar trees where they have some random books … They never get published / launched with the intention on being sold at a dollar tree 🤭🤭 The way books end up there is when they don’t sell in store and they have put it on sale and clearance and still no one wants to buy it and they need the space for new books ! Kinda like how makeup or clothing that either doesn’t sell or is out of season or irregular somehow … ends up at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s 🤣🤣🤭🤭😬😬
