I have purchased this drill.. on the box it says 16mm drill but on the chuck it's mentioned 13mm?? Please help

16mm for hammer drill bits(drilling through cement)
13mm for steel drill bits (drilling through steel)

Yes. There’s a button to switch to non hammer mode. But no clutch control.
