Join us for an unplanned trip to Roaring River State Park, in Cassville Mo. This state park is stunning in its beauty, surprising in its complexity, and a very rewarding day trip for anyone within driving distance. There is primitive camping, a lodge, and regular camper camping as well. They hatch, grow and release rainbow trout, and keep a viewing pond with the biggest trout we've ever seen! This hatchery is the headwaters of the Roaring River, where it emerges from the side of a mountain in the Ozarks.
