Bro astrology doesn't work in this much simple manner and never easy to predict as directly as you are saying
My D60 lagna lord is Saturn itself which is placed in 9th house and exalted too , how you may call it as one of best placement
But here comes moon along with ketu in same house , which makes it so complex to predict.

I have moon in my rash 5 th house Capricorn, moon is in mercury in virgo in my D60 chart . However Virgo is my lagna in rash chart with Jupiter,ketu, mars. Is this a good placement?

I have Sun in leo in 1st house of d60
In my D60 chart Gemini ascendent and mercury is exalted in 4 house along with Venus. However ketu is in my first house. How do we interpret ths..there are both good and bad factors..

No it cannot be exalted. It's exalted in the shashtiamsa so the aspects which d60 controla there the planet will give good results. If the same planet is debilitated in d9 then u will get bad results pertaining to married life
