A lot of my planets get exalted or move to friendly/own signs in the d60.. but I have Jupiter Rahu in the first house (in Libra).. is that very bad?

That’s true , in D60 Aries rising, Jupiter is debilitated in 10th house with Mars, Ketu is in 9th house. 9th house/lord damaged my all life is just struggle, please tell me if the struggle ever gonna end? Any remedies?
