Probably because the list was about heavy metal bands and Rammstein is a industrial metal band
@@rammstein_in_berlin it was titled heavy metal bands, but if we speak of metal genres, there were maybe 2 or 3 bands in the whole video that can be considered "heavy metal".

Well the fact that Maynard James Keenan never even appeared on this was a pretty clear indication that I don't know what I'm talking about when I say he was objectively one of the top ten, or that the people taking this survey don't know what they are talking about.
