How to make Easy Gobi Manchurian
Cauliflower - 1 Big
Refined oil - For Frying
Maida - 1/2 Cup
Cornflour - 1/2 Cup
Water
celery - 3 tbs
green chilli - 6 nos
Big onion - 4 Medium
Garlic paste- 11/2 tbs
ginger paste- 1 tbs
Soy Sauce- 3 tbs
TOMATO Sauce- 6 - 7 tbs
chilli powder- 11/2 tbs
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbs
Water- 1 Cup
Spring Onion

Yesterday i tried this recipe..came out really well😍😋😋.. Actually i have tried to make gopi manchurian before also by watching some CZcams videos. Main problem i faced everytime was the cauliflower fry wont be good. Some times the coating will be more thicker and sometimes the coating will go off when i put it in to the oil..here in bangalore you will get yummy gopi manchurian in hotels..so i used to eat only from outside after repeated flops..This time everything was perfect...
