  • In this video, I want to introduce you to a guy I knew in prison named Griff. Who is also, one of the craziest guys I knew as well. Griff has been home now for a little more than the 4 years I've been home for. But his 4 years after prison have been completely different than mine. And that all starts and ends with the choices he has and still continues to make. Hope you enjoy.

It's 100% true-coming from someone who is 39 , been out of prison for 9 and a bit years and still struggling to stay sober regardless of having made leaps and bounds in my own life-having gone to university and back at studying again while working fulltime-i struggle everyday with it-ptsd is what i struggle with and its a huge trigger for my use-and as ive said before, if i felt i had lost all hope id put a shotgun to my mouth and end it once and for all-but before i did want to end it, before i went to prison, everyday i wanted death to take me away but i was a coward and couldn't tale that extra step and end it all, i wanted to make a big mistake with the amount i used and o.d all by myself with no one around to help me, thank the lord it never happened, not once.
      Peace brother
