I wanted to take a second and thank Spittin Chiclets and the guys on his podcast for bringing back the passion I used to have for hockey I have a lot of regrets in my 20s and 30s and I really lost the passion for playing as I got older I met so many great people, and I was so upset with what happened when I was younger that I just walked away from keeping in touch with everyone because I didn’t realize the relationship you make are more important than your performance in the past if that makes any sense to anybody and I listen to these pros and I hear the stories, and every now and then I recognize somebody from a tournament or a league. I once played in and my mind is changed. It’s about the relationships and my passion has returned for the game. I’ve dug out my old memorabilia and pics My wife and kids knows very little about what happened when I was younger and there’s a few reunions I’ve been invited to that I just didn’t wanna go to and you guys have brought back my passion for the game and as I make this comment, I actually have a couple of tears in my eyes cause I was so stupid to kinda walk away cold like that when it’s the greatest game in the world either when you’re 20 30,40 even 60 and I’m gonna. Stick my nose in there somewhere and start having fun with the greatest game on the planet

You got to have toughness on your team, agreed with Whit. I love the skill players and I know the league isn't as physical as it used to be, but having a couple of enforcers on your team is always good for the younger guys.

Im not the worlds biggest JR fan . but I was listening when he was on that famous last appearance on spitting chiclets . And I did not think what he said was that big of a deal . The guy loves the sound of his own voice and he is almost addicted to being the one up guy to anything so consider the source . He said his co-=star had a three some with he and his wife - but he said it in jest - it was clear he was kidding . I figured he had probably pissed enough people off and were waiting with the knife for the opportunity . Too bad - he always tried to make the broadcasts fun .
