Which makes more sense with the plane not even reaching the end of the runway and banking hard to the left which it will do when there is engine failure and unfeathered propeller. The Aerial footage of the crash shows the plane didn't even make it to the end of the runway, it took off, and crashed beside it.

Not here advocating, but My point is, in one of R.Kelly recent letters he detailed how Barry stole 6 millions dollars from him and that Barry was controlling & abusing. After watching your story I thought a lot about issues you raised and issues I have of my own.
Barry is slimy a damaged broken human. I can imagine his mindset the plausibility he might have overheard a conversation or became aware of something that made him feel foul play might happen. Did he try to warn his Sister? That Something seemed off on set. Did he step out to try and Reach her? That’s exactly what my Brother would have done. If not it does make you feel like he’s involved.
His Business waiver protects his corporation but he I think he can be sued privately in a civil action.

I’m not bothered by Lenny reaching out to Ailiyah and her Team with a private jet. Perhaps Lennys intuition made him feel a better plane situation would handle carrying all their stuff better.

Hype is not an airline engineer lol. He would have to at least know about planes to trigger a problem. Hype was the parent production company on this video project, Instinct productions. He also lawyered up at the time. Go read the Abaco regulations report on what happened with that plane. There are witness statements and the document also shows those passengers went against their better judgment that day. Even if we blamed Barry or Hype, the onus was left on the pilot. He should refused to fly them knowing it was too many bags, but he was already under the gun because no one else would hire him.

The label was being cheap and went around the original company they were using because that crew likely knew they had a bunch of crap to bring back and they were having issues with the original company having too much weight on the first leg of the trip from Miami. Sky limo probably was already annoyed so her label likely commissioned this cheap company to get his drug addict pilot to fly. This can happen to anyone if they are being cheap and circumventing the process.
One could also argue it was Douglas Kratz bickering about continuing with the flight and even paying the pilot to continue. He wasn’t in any of the final photos so he was likely already at the airport running his mouth. To this day, no one can really say who was the culprit arguing with the pilot. Anyone can be blamed if we compartmentalize the sequence of events that day. Bad things happen. It’s life. Enjoy it while it lasts no matter the outcome.

I don’t see why her uncle is dirty because he kept an insurance policy on her. I would have done the same. She’s an artist and they come with risk. Hype’s production company is what needs to be looked into. His company was the one that called for Blackhawk and not Sky limo flights (the original carrier). His folks likely called this airline because Sky Limo got tired of his crew pushing to avoid weighing luggage and other factors. They were being cheap and risking safety from the beginning. A smaller plane was sent to accommodate the passenger count not considering all those bags which also consisted of some production equipment.
Anyhow, there were witnesses claiming she walked to the plane with everyone else that day. In addition, there were pilots who claimed they ALL were under the influence not just their pilot. They got to that airport around 4ish and the plane arrived late at 6:30 so they were already annoyed. Some say they were drinking to kill the time. When the pilot arrived, they were pissed and tipsy and when they were told about their luggage, a heated argument resulted. Given everyone was pissed and under the influence, they convinced that man to fly even though he was still wet behind the ears.
This particular policy wasn’t “kept” it was took out some days before the accident. If we’re going to go the “anything can happen at anytime” route there would’ve been one for all the videos that she did but heyyy

Lots of things happen conveniently and coincidentally before people go. It’s a plane, just earlier this year a whole plane crashed in Nepal due to pilot error. All 70 something innocent lives. You can die in one as well. She isn’t the first celebrity to go on a plane either. There were many before her.
At the very least, I would entertain your logic if you said the uncle was snorting lines with the pilot causing him to make poor judgement calls. But feel free to challenge the Abaco investigation report to justify your conspiracy theory.
