I have lip balm and fingernail clippers scattered around my life…it’s not weird!!! They’re in my tool boxes (yes, plural boxes), in my truck, in my pants pocket, night stand and on my BR vanity. My daddy taught me this many years ago…he’s still with us at 93 and still pretty dapper.
I don’t have any redundancy in my Maxpedition Micro pouch; I use it to supplement my regular EDC only. In it, I have a tiny sewing kit, travel toothbrush & toothpaste, dental floss, some bandaids, safety pins, ibuprofen, small Bic lighter, duct tape wrapped around a card, space pen, & a CRKT “Eat’n Tool” (a small spork).
I poo pood the EDC pouches for a long time.
Then a ViperAde, a Maxpedition, and an Alpaka later, I’m hooked!
They’re super handy.
I love having all my gear (although not a ridiculous amount) in one pocket.
No more searching every pocket for what I need, and a one-move pocket dump when I get home.
I’m falling deep down that rabbit hole … because modern knives, fixed blades, and slip joints just aren’t enough 😆

I agree with you X. Leatherman should bring back the Juice Line. I have several versions of the Juice and I find them all really useful.
Also wish I could get a Leatherman style without the blade for getting through TSA 😪

I got just the victorinox nail clippers and I actually really like them. They handle so much better than a lot of cheap fingernail clippers and I can actually maintain a comfortable and solid grip on them.

Those nail clippers are the best. I've got regular ones, and they're so sharp and cut so well! I know I've convinced several people to buy them because I have raved about them so much. Always gotta have lip balm too! I'll preach that until the world ends. I'll go as far as using some with some type of SPF in it if I'm out in the sun.
Tight load out. I love it. If I’ve got room I toss in a band aid and a Purell wipe to have handy since I’m a clutz sometimes.

Nice load out. My approach is similar, my Level II includes a multi tool, often a Juice, writing gear of some sort, and some kind of tool mix and/or Leatherman accessories. The contrasting lining on the Picofire Pro is sweet! 👍👍

Would be nice to see a video of how the EDC stuff is used on a daily basis. Carry one just to be prepared but besides a pocket knife to open a package every now and then never uses anything else. Just curious to see how people actually utilise it.

I hate proprietary connectors. It's easy to overanalyze things. I see 3 knives, 3 scissors and 2 pens. I would ditch the swiss card, have dedicated nail clippers and go for smaller pouch. It should fit in Alpaka hub pouch.

Is the Daily Carry Co toothpick fine enough to double as a SIM Card/SD Card tray opening tool in a pinch or does it get too thick too quickly?

I tried it too, didn’t like the feeling on my teeth. I ended up going with a Victorinox nail clip 580 in my pouch. It’s Very Small has the capability to give me a quick manicure and has a toothpick and tweezers inside. Best bang for my buck in my opinion.
