I made this Alabama white sauce for my cousins annual pig roast party last year and it was all gone within half an hour. My cousin asked me to make more for his party next week and I am upping my game this year. Making a gallon of it. This stuff is amazing and everyone loved it.

Just some salt and pepper and I mix in shredded lettuce until it has the right consistency. Great general purpose sauce for sandwiches or burgers.

Make your own mayo then you get the full flavor advantage from that, and it incorporates everything easier, and making mayo takes about 3 minutes tops.

Duke's mayo costs $10.00 in NYC. I did not like it that much better than my regular mayo.

I tried Duke's and could not tell a noticeable difference from Kroger mayo. For the price, I'll do Kroger mayo. Comprende?
