You'd think that all these videos of this blower would include the most important thing, the schematic for the fuel lines. Bingo, you knocked it out of the park with the hand drawn schematics and removal of pointless banter. You even have the length of line in the schematic! Thank you for the great video.
Possibly the best How-to video ever. Has motivated me to tackle my old weed eater
I have been fighting this POS Husky 125B for years - carb settings/coil gap etc etc.......This video saved it from it's last gasp & impending death 11/8/21. THX!
The most thorough and understandable I've seen for this gas blower, Thank you Thank you!
Wish I would’ve found your video about 11 hours ago, Sir. Almost feel like going back into the garage after watching you video, but tomorrow is another day for a fresh start. I thank you in advance for everything I searched for today. Great video👍🏽
Nice video. My carb failed, my fuel line cracked, etc. I bought the complete carb/fuel system replacement kit, under $20. It is no longer cost effective to tear apart, clean, replace individual carb parts. Buy the entire carb. What is your time worth? When I installed, it still didn't work. I discovered both the hi/lo screws were wound fully clockwise. I began to back counter clockwise 1/4 turn at a time. Once running, I used my single cylinder tachometer (it is cheap, has an antenna to place near the spark plug wire and picks up firing) I was able to adjust the lo at 3200 rpm, the run at 7000 rpm. I urge you to buy the tach. Great tool to dial in exactly what you want if you are going to repair your own single cylinder engines.
Where do you buy the tachometer ?
You did a fantastic job of explaining each process on how to repair the carburetor! This is by far the best CZcams video on how to repair the Husqvarna 125B blower. I have one exactly like the one you're demonstrating! Thanks especially for taking the time to draw those diagrams! They are extremely helpful since I'm working on my own blower. I needed those part #s and I thank you for detailing the lengths of each gas line.
this was the best video I have seen . Thank you for walking us through every step and explaining what you were doing. the diagrams were especially helpful . Thanks a million !
I sure appreciate folks like you that take the time to make these videos. My Husq had a bad coil. Never dreamed that they fail - but no spark! Thank you!
Great video. Between your diagrams and a $14 carb kit, my 125B is now running like a champ!
You are the BEST! The detail on fuel lines, carb settings, magneto gap and wrench sizes were very much appreciated. You left nothing for guess work. This is by far the best video on the Husqvarna 125B. Much thanks.
Great instructions. The best I’ve seen on utube.
My 125B is now running like new. I now know how to replace the coil. The parts numbers were very helpful. Thank you!
Thanks for such a detailed video. Your fuel line lengths were spot on.
I also discovered my hard plastic connectors had a leak so I ditched them and ran the line directly from filter to carburetor and then the gas flowed.
Wow! Thank you for the detailed how-to. After several frustrating months of messing with my 125b, simply following this video set it right! It was the pesky coil/ignition, so five minutes online at the e-store, two days for delivery, six minutes to install/gap, it fires up immediately!
Don't forget to add oil to your gas. Grate video.
I just finished overhauling my leaf blower same make and model. I wish I had found your video before hand as it would have saved me a lot of grief and watching several u-tube videos to figure out what you just shown in one concise video. Your explanation and level of detail is bang on and as noted by other viewers this is in fact the best on line video dealing with maintenance and overhauling a Husqvarna 125B. Many Thanks
You saved me, thank you so much! Especially the excellent diagram of the fuel lines. I had it all screwed up! Thank you so much!!!!
11:41 This is exactly what I needed, a starting point for the low and high speed settings! They worked perfectly! Thanks!!!
Mine Pond,... THANK YOU! After having a faulty unit and purchasing a new carburetor, following the advice of other videos, I was able get it started but it would stay running.
Your video went into much-finer details especially the part of adjusting the carburetor (utilizing 3 screws). This got my machine running back to the way it is supposed to. Even the details of turns-per-screw got it within close proximity, where l tuned in and BANG! :). Success!
That being said, thanks for the great tutorial video.
Watched this twice! Very helpful with clear instructions and explanations. The illustrations and links were very helpful! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks a bunch for this video. Probably the best explanation I found today looking for the fuel line routing and adjustments. 2 pulls and she fired right up.
Thank you- 125B is known for carbs going bad due to modern ethanol gas. It’s all over the Husq site forum. This is exactly the carb and fuel line routing info I needed! I bought a new carb and it will soon be running. Thanks.
Fixed mine following your video to a tee! Thank you for the video! Runs better than when I got it!
Damn! Sometimes you just come across the best teacher and mentor. Top drawer explanation. Many Thanks.
Thank you for this video, your instructions are perfect. Your details and steps were exactly what I needed to troubleshoot and get my 125b purring again. Thanks again!
My fuel lines were brittle and broke upon disassembly thank you so much for the diagrams. i had them connected all wrong. you helped me get it sorted and running again
Thank you! My husband asked me to fix this so I'm grateful for your detailed explanation. 😊
Excellent tutorial on the Husqvarna 125B blower. Thanks for the diagrams as well. I screen captured them to put in my notes for my 125B.
My 125b wouldn't start yesterday so I glad I found this video.
Excellent video! Carburetor specs were spot on. Runs like new. Thank you so much.
What an amzing video you explain things so well! I sure wish you had more small engine videos. Have a great weekend.
I bought a new rebuild kit, (which included a new carb, hoses and plug), and coil on Amazon. They were pretty cheap. After Installing, I couldn't get it going. Took your advice on the coil gap, and found the new one couldn't be adjusted enough. The contacts were actually about 1/8 inch shorter. So I threw old one back on. After reassembling again, it worked like a charm. Thanks.
Thank you for this VERY informative repair video! I really appreciated the gas line diagram - AWESOME!
Thanks .ate. I've been struggling with my blower for ages. The diagram really helped, especially when my fuel lines crumbled as it was being disassembled
I want to thank you for the information you shared, I replaced my carb with a new one and replaced all the fuel lines, filter, bulb, and 125B is running like a scalded dog!
This video was excellent, the leaf blower runs like new Thank You!
Thank you so much for your expertise, verified a few miss leading points I had in question. I have replaced the carb, filter and gaskets. Having trouble adjusting it though. Did find out that the carb kit i ordered had 2 different size lines. I used the smaller of the two which took my air in fuel problem away. Will adjust my carb according to your instructions tomorrow, again Thank you.
Outstanding video. Explains in detail everything you need to know to get your leaf blower working properly. The schematics was the cats meow.
This is the best video by far on this topic I have seen. Great Job!
thank you for adding the fuel inlet to the carb. the diagram was great.
Thank you for the initial setting for the carburetor. Have a great day!
First time making comment on CZcams but really really great vid. Appreciate the work you put in this vid.
Nice, clear explanation. Mine is overdue for a tune up and Carb cleaning. Just in time for the fall.
Great instructional video. All you will ever need to know for this blower! Thank you.
Wow! I got my blower working properly! Thanks Buddy!👍👍
Thanks, the gas schematic saved my day and a few bucks!!!
I ordered a new line and the supplier crossed the line at the purge ball ,took me a while to find this. Thanks for your help
Absolutely to notch, not many people post a vid this instructive 👍👍. Was a great help....
This is by far the best and thorough video. Thanks!
you sir......speak my language. Extremely well done instructional vid.....thank you!
Great help. Thank you so much. This is U tube at its finest!
Thank you so much for this video. All this time, I thought my 125B had a primer bulb. Thanks for explaining that to me. Also, the details about the carburetor was very helpful. The explanation of the diaphragm was beneficial. I feel much more confident with 4 cycle engines and find myself somewhat intimidated by these little 2 strokes. Thanks for the help.
.024 is the spark gap incase anybody was wondering . Great video thanks man .
Yeah man u should be a teacher u explaining is top notch brother definitely I think the best vids I've seen on this ty
Awesome video. I've got two of the pieces of junk now that I am going between as I bought a new one after the old one stopped running worth a damn. I know. I know. Why buy another 125B? Just hard headed I guess. Anyway, right now I'm in the process of getting at least one of them running and running correctly. Swapping out parts. Other various checks etc. The newer one is dead at this point and is going to take more time to TS. The old one is the one I have running and I have to use. Not my favorite thing to do unless it's just a rainy day with nothing to do. But this video has done a lot of the leg work and is highly appreciated. Good job.
Great video! I wound up ordering a new crb from amazon with the fuel filter, primer, gas lines, and adjustment tool for $16
I did the same, can't get the engine to turn over. What setting (turns) did you use to adjust the carb?
I got a free one. It needed a purge bulb. I ordered a carb and tune up kit. changing out those items hopefully it'll kick in !
Whew i needed the hose routing thanks a million great vid
Outstanding. Really appreciate the diagrams as well.
Thank you for putting this video together.
Outstanding video. Best video I've seen. Mike explained every detail and even had pictures to make the process even easier to understand.
Ay who's mike
I’m not sure where I got the name Mike from unless it was a typo.
Very helpful and simple explanation , thanks a bunch!
Fantastic Instructions for Repair, THANK YOU.
Thank you for making this- very helpful!

Perfect job thanks for the paperwork. Nice job
EXCELLENT. Great diagram!
Thank you so much for the great video.
Mine wouldn’t start for the longest time, bought a carb off Ebay put it on, primed it and it fired right up. Very simple change out
Excellent job. Really detailed!
Amazing instructions 👍👍👍! Thank you sir!
Good explanation and visual aids. Well done!
Great video. Helped me out majority
Great presentation speed great explanations nice work
Great video Thank you so much
Great video, I had to wade through 10 or more that were useless!
Overall, that’s one clean looking machine!
Fantastic video. Thank you.
I bought a brand new one and didn't use it for over a month. I put fuel in it and it started up but really didn't want to run and seemed under powered. I'm a big Husqvarna fan so I already threw away the box not thinking. I only use premix in all my 2 cycles tools. Anyway I just used if for a few minutes to blow some grass clippings off the walk and I've never been able to get it started again. I've exhausted myself trying to start the darn thing which should not be this difficult. I have quite a few Husqvarna tools and this is the only one I've ever had an issue with. I have a 20 year old chainsaw I rebuilt because the piston was scored up and I wanted to put s head with s decompression valve on it also but it still ran. Actually it's still my favorite saw. Anyway Husqvarna seems to be losing quality control. I did cheap out on the leaf blower because I only use it for grass clippings and blowing snow off the vehicle seeing how I only have two small ornamental trees.
you would be a great teacher.
Great video!
Great info. Thank you sir.
A great help Thank you
Thank you so much order new crb from Ebay works like new
Great Video
excellent presentation, most helpful for me are the clear and simple diagrams...i am ready and prepared to tackle fuel line replacement and
carb screw adjustment...
Good job
Very well explained video. Is the parts the same for the Husqvarna 125 bvx as this also? Thank you
would you know what reading you should have when testing coil with mutimeter? NICE JOB !!!!!
Use 4mm hex on outside screws. 8 mm socket for air filter and fuel tank bolts. Drawing at 5:15 and breather hole at 7:30. At 10:05 is carb low/high adjustment screws and drawing is at 11:45.
How do you push that hose through the smaller hole on the fuel tank rubber seal?
Instead of two sheets of paper (great idea), simply fold one piece in half and use the folded end. :)
Mike,
I tried to find the links for the coil text and switch test but could not find them. Are you still making videos? Can you please send the links to me
I replaced the lines properly with a new purge bulb even though it wasn't needed and it still won't purge,, is there something internally in the carburetor that can go wrong and prevent the purge bulb from moving fuel?
best video! keep it up
I did a complete carb replacement that included spark plug. It ran great for 5 minutes then it bogged down and wouldnot start again. Any help?
