42 miles is huge while doing any lifting at all in my experience. People underestimate how much time and beating it puts on your legs when you're averaging 6+ miles a day. Big props on having your heart rate resting that low also. You should be feeling really good about these factors.
You’re a great man, Pete. So sorry to hear about the loss of your pup. Try to take comfort in knowing that her memory will never leave you, and hence, she will never leave you. Keep up the inspirational work brother!
@@doodiebean4870 I'm talking about their relaxed, kind, personalities, and knowledge of fitness. Wasn't referring to their past pharmacology, though you are correct.
Facts brother. Great video, as always. Working on my health stuff now, wanting to start back training soon as I get a handle on that mess. NEED to mentally badly!! Not happy not training.
This isn't very exciting, brah. Get back on the sauce and go for dat 921 deadlift. Let's get our memberships back at Maxi Pad Gym in Oak River, TN and clang and bang on dat old skew iron again, brah.
new Pete > old Pete. He is more important than ever actually. Rather than being one of the growing ranks of dead bodies that lifted big, he is paving a new path for people that need some evidence that balance is bigger than numbers.

So true, 42 miles as a clydesdale runner (200 pounder +) is serious mileage in addition to all the lifting, beast mode

I just love Pete. He's becoming a John Meadows of sorts. Hope everything in your personal life ends up going well.
I think he stopped juicing because he didn’t want to end up like John meadows tbh

do you work on your breathing? The book id recommend to you would be the oxygen advantage by Patrick McKeown. Just be careful. 👍
