Arcski's RMS #26: Reimu Hakurei vs. her Walfas iteration

So Camren Springer made a (surprisingly) good version of Reimu that uses sprites edited from or directly from Walfas. If you know MUGEN and Walfas, one using the other doesn't translate to the other very well, and this is a very rare exception since it's actually good! This version also has a pretty tough AI, so I decided to make myself Reimu and see if I could best it.
