There are a few things for relieving bladder control issues quickly
Consider using Kegel exercises- which involve flexing the same muscles you use to stop the urinary flow.
Consider using losing weight if you are overweight excess belly fat puts pressure on the bladder and the pelvic muscles. Shedding a few pounds if you are overweight can help restore your bladder control.
See if you can train your bladder - put off going to bathroom. Try to delay urinating by 10 minutes and build up to 20 minutes etc.
Consider using magnesium and vitamin D
Consider Quiting smoking. Nicotine can irritate the bladder.
(I read these and why they work from Nilah control plan site )

Natural result of aging? I'm not even 30 yet! and this started when i was 16.. i have literally been "retraining" delaying, and doing kegels for over a freaking decade.. Time to ask my doctor about meds or surgeries.

NymphetaminexXxGrrrl I know, right?! I'm 25, I have been dealing with this for two years, and kegles, behavior therapy, and meds haven't helped. The problem is that I have diminished sensation in my bladder, and so, oftentimes, I just start peeing when my bladder is full, and it's very hard to stop.

Don't take medicine or surgery. Our bodies can heal themselves we just need to be train our eating and lifestyle. Most likely your blood is poisoned, due to either medication or the food you eat. If the blood is poisoned it damages the kidneys when it passes through them, which then irritated the bladder. Your blood is full of toxins. Take an iron mineral supplement such as Lugols Iodine drops. And get on a gluten free, diet. The food industry and big farma are allowing foods to enter the stores that actually poison us. I know it's difficult but drinks such as coffee and soda and alcohol are irritants to the bladder. Watch this video entitled: how I cured my overactive bladder. It's a guy who talks about iodine deficiency, and also look up a video from Dr. Burgman bladder function

Thank you Dr. Kim, while your presentation was very informative, I believe that the bad outcomes of polypropylene mesh is far overlooked, and under appreciated. Having lived with the horrendous outcome from both SUI, and POP mesh, I would have to,say that the numbers may be a bit skewed. Many women do not develop problems for, several years, and the problems are devastating. Loss of income, home, family, just to name a few are the results of mesh gone terribly wrong. There is no better, or new mesh. Polypropylene was never meant to be put into a clean enviornment, and the body has a natural ability to fight the "foreign object", creating a host of terrible outcomes. Erosion, chronic infection, and pain that grows worse daily. The device companies were warned by the oil companies not to use this oil based material, (polypropylene mesh), yet the data was "lost". Real, informed consent should include this information. It is devastating to the patient and their family.

If you want an explanation you need to go see a urogynecologist. Then you can spend some time looking it up on scientific journals. But she is right as that is what my urogynecologist told me. I'm going 31 times a day on a good day. Part of it is a histamine response so they will put you on a particular type of antihistamine. Then you need to go to pelvic floor PT and you'll be forced to stretch things out so you're only going to the bathroom every 2 to 3 hours ideally. It's like tough love for your bladder. And it's uncomfortable and hard to get through but what choice do you have? And don't get a hysterectomy because then you'll have incontinence. Seriously look it up and all the different scientific journals. But then you'll have fibroids that continue to grow and that's its own beast. There's a lot of misery in this life.

Viola Mena the doctors don't know crap and I swear to God I don't know how they stay employed but I guess just nobody checks in on them because I end up knowing way more after doing about 48 Hours of research reading all the scientific journals on the topic and then I go in there and the person is clueless. I would love to be making their kind of pay instead of working 10 to 14 hours a day as a teacher. I find most doctors to be just an absolute joke.

Look half the people here have no idea what this disease is
You having to pee even when you barely have to is not overactive bladder
That is just a common symptom of anxiety
You are fine you just keep overthinking your problem too much
A good way to get rid of it is to go into a public space, drink a lot, and wait 3 hours before going to the bathroom
It will prove to brain you can actually hold pee and you will eventually be fine
Overactive bladder means your bladder overflows and leaks occasionally, however knowing that anxiety is a mimic disease
Anxiety can take the shape of many rare diseases or disorders, don’t be fooled

But I'm not willing to take CBD oil cuz it can screw up your liver. Not something I'm willing to chance. But this is something that really does need to be pointed out.

Some people have a sensitive liver when it comes to pharmaceuticals and supplements. I think it's just a genetic predisposition. But that's why some drugs like Keytek or Ketoconazole wind up with black box warnings for liver toxicity. Nothing to mess around with!
