My new activa Odomiter is running too speed just for 1km it is running and showing 10km. Is my Odometer is faulty

Your activa's Speedometer is analog or digital ??
If it is analog then the last digit of the odometer cahanges in every 100 meter.
(10 x 100 meter = 1 km) then the odometer is ok.
If it's digital and you are facing same issue than show it in service center and ask them to re-calibrate the meter.

If wire slips than clean the worm gears of the meter

Sir,
There is ka coil spring below the speed indicator.
May be it is jammed

Both cable and drill are rotating at same speed

Yes sir it is not a repair.
Speedometer gears was choked by rain water.. So greasing to make it free.
