The biggest tragedy is that Carcass aren't more well known on the metal scene. Heartwork is a mind-blowingly good album that is easily in the best ten death metal albums ever made.

i think necroticism is better but i think that shows how good carcass are. they have 2-3 life changing albums imo. should be world famous

When I got into carcass I hated heartwork but now it’s my favourite album I guess you kinda can’t roll into any album but maybe it’s for the best that it is not more well known

If anybody out there remembers right Ken Owen had an aneurysm in his head that bursted is lucky that he's alive and you had to find a drummer that was equal to can and that was definitely the drummer for Arch Enemy that guy kicks ass on drums that's the brother of the former drummer that played for Cradle of Filth
Yes Sir, Daniel on drums here. His brother did play in COF, and At The Gates. Both of them are insanely talented.
Those brothers are Scandinavian Metal Royalty!
Hell, I'd take Carcass over Mastodon (who was scheduled for this performance). But I'd take carcass over mastodon any day of the week.

HOWEVER, Arch Enemy are taking an extended break when they finish this latest tour, so Michael Amott is free, Daniel Erllandsson is free and so to is I imagine Bill and Jeff, so you never know... :)
