About the Festival:
Established in 1987, Melbourne International Comedy Festival (#MICF) is one of the three largest comedy festivals in the world, alongside Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival.
Over the last week of March and into April every year, #MICF transforms Melbourne into the comedy capital of the world, as local and international comedians take to theatres, pubs, clubs and broom cupboards citywide - shining a spotlight on the silly, the serious, the heart-breaking and the hilarious.
Filming hours of comedy content every Festival, this channel delivers some of the highlights over the years. Delve into the archive of comedy with international stars (such as: Katherine Ryan, Michael Che, Sara Pascoe, James Veitch) and home-grown #aussiecomedy heroes (including: Hannah Gadsby, Josh Thomas, Aunty Donna, Ronny Chieng) and so many more! "I decided to order a cinnamon roll to go, just to feel safe" is not just a mood but an entire goddamned life philosophy
Beth Stelling - The Bagel Years... I'd watch that.😁
Me too!!
excellent material. i am surprised it took me this long to discover her. My life has many hardships, and laughing a bit is one of its only joys, and to me comedians are a great gift to the world. very difficult to be consistently funny.
I've watched several videos of her stand up tonight and each of them involved 'the bagel years' but each of them were set up differently with different punchlines and they were all funny. Pretty impressive if you ask me.
She’s literally great. Beth Stelling’s material is something special.
I like her style of comedy. She sounds so bored like it's just another day in the office and she feels "ugh here we go again." She's very loose with her delivery but somehow still manages to cackle you up.
I love Beth stilling. Bright, humble, self deprecating, hilarious, timing of her own. Can't get enough of her. I hope she becomes more recognized and will teach young women comedians. I can't wait to see more of her stand up. Feminist? Or just smart? . Thanks for sharing
Brilliant material and well delivered.
Beth is simply the Bethest of all. Love her material.
Omg! Beth Shilling! My favorite female comedian now. I love a woman that can get a laugh without trash talking. She's so funny, watch out though,! she's on piont, smart and her wit can leave you stumped for a minute. God shes bright . Saw her on The Stand ups on Netflix and following her since. You gotta check her out. I love her. Thanks for sharing
I liked solely based on her opening line
Good set! Keep shred'n, Beth!
I love her
I cnt express enough how much I love her comedy!
Wow..she was awesome. I love her! Love her material. Hits home.
Beth is gonna go a long way.. I remember seeing her 1 min on Kill Tony years ago.. Was promising back then too!
I love this comic!
“Can we get there!?”
Really solid set
She's phenomenal!
Really solid set
She's always funny. I have yet to see a set where I don't laugh.
Heard her on the radio today, thought I’d look her up. This was the exact routine they played part of. Funny girl, wish her well.
The perfect woman does exist 😁
Caitlyn Jenner is mine, creep
She's hilarious. I love her delivery.
THIS is her best set 😂😂
That set was so great!
Love her delivery and comedic timing.
198 is not a wake up call, it’s a challenge!
LOVE her! 😂
The more I watch the more I love her.
Too funny, easily one of my favourites
Really good, I hope she gets big.

Hilarious for sure
Love you on "the stand ups" on Netflix
She's amazing.
"Body Dismorphia is when you think you're fat, but you're actually stupid." Probably my favorite qoute from her.

Hahaha, "when you think your fat, your actually stupid" 💖
One of the few genuinely funny women today in stand up imo. Love her family bits and other material on Star 104 Topeka Comedy internet radio
Body dismorphia is when you think you're fat, but you're actually stupid 😂😂😂😂
She’s better live.
Coolest chick ever !
Did you just say
. . . I've beeeeen fatter?
Tiger stripe camo. Good choice for hiding weight and when stalking the enemy in the jungle.
Whats the reference about emotionally eating 11 months after the event that inspired them?
Son0fHobs albums usually come out about a year after the things that the songs are about,if not longer
How'd he not get that?
Funny joke
"....you think you're fat, and you're actually....stupid...."
I remember seeing Beth in a movie years ago and wondering what movies I had seen her in. But plot twist: I grew up with her. My bro went to see her standup. I was watching Hannah’s little sister and not consciously realizing it. Like the time I saw my good buddy strip down in the Phoenix airport.
take note Schumer this is how you do it
Hot.
Not bad at all! Nice misleading stuff. Keep going!
It's so weird that so many men and women still don't understand each other.
Really frustrating when imperial units pop up. Admirable content and delivery nonetheless.
Maybe she is Beth from Rick and Morty
It's funny when she does an annoying woman character - e.g. 'it doesn't fit!' - she sounds just like Michelle Wolf
[shrug] I gained a few kilograms and been noticed negatively by both women and men. She has a point but the delivery wasn't what it needs to be for the material.
If only a female comic could talk about relationships and being insecure about her appearance. I live in hope that someday some genius will break this barrier. Sigh. I just want someone who's damaged goods who acts masculine. Why can't I find this?
I know how you feel.
I had no idea women felt awkward about their weight and diets.
But now I've heard a women talk about how men don't know how to compliment women and do it wrong all the time, I feel confident I can do so without further hurting their fragile egos.
Knowing which pole their wildly swinging emotional compasses are aligned with is easy now I've seen a women discuss weight loss and being childless.
Thanks Beth.
She's hot and can eat as many muffins or cakes her heart desires. But the mere fact that you admit men have trouble noticing any real difference is because truly we don't care. You have one part we do not. If you track the male mind and all his perversions some do animals, fruit, god only knows. So you put unnecessary pressures upon yourself then blame men when you should blame women. I understand it makes you feel good, but men do not operate in the feel good department. We truly do love you and all the quirkiness and just want to be at your side and hopefully not step on foot or accidentally backhand when spinning to fast.
you're revealing more about yourself than you are about women. it's not that deep, it's just some jokes, move on
NO shit so thank Mr. Helper. A throwback to Kineson.
I think that is a sweet, vulnerable thing for a man to say, and i appreciate you saying it...so what if it's in response to "just some jokes", there is truth at the heart of comedy, and you spoke your truth as well...i thought this comedian was very clever, but i wonder if her dry delivery went over some peoples' heads, or maybe it's just not the sort of comedy some were expecting, or enjoy...but that's ok, we don't have to all like the same things, though we can try and be respectful of each other's difference of opinion...that is not political correctness, it is common courtesy...
It’s called comedy, the point of your stories is to be funny, you should keep these private
Oh, look a set about relationships. Never heard that before...
vex when you watch 10 seconds of the video then comment.
Jokes about relationships and image and weight. Like, why doesn't anyone else make jokes about that stuff? Oh wait - because it's boring unoriginal shit!
Weak.
Quite cute, but incredibly embarrassingly unfunny.
Beth Stelling - The Bagel Years... I'd watch that.😁
She's phenomenal!
