Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe || restaurant style sweet and sour chicken recipe

__Sweet and Sour chicken__
Recipe:
*Boneless Chicken breast :200g
*Egg white: 1
*water:2 tbsp
*salt: 1/4tsp
*chicken powder: 1/3tsp
*white pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
*cornflour 2tbsp
Mix well and fry marinated Chicken for 2 to 3 minutes
Oil temp 160 to 170c°
_for sauce_
*Oil: 2tbsp
*chopped garlic: 1/2tsp
*chopped ginger: 1/4tsp
*chilli flakes: 1/4tsp
*Chicken stock or Water: 170ml
*ketchup: 2tbsp
*chilli garlic sauce: 1tbsp
*sugar: 3tbsp
*vinegar: 3tbsp
*chicken powder: 1/3tsp
*salt: 1/4tsp
*Red chilli sauce: 1tsp
*For Cornflour slurry*
( cornflour 1 tbsp+water 3tbsp)
Add 3tbsp cornflour slurry
*Sesame oil: 1 tsp
Sesame seeds+Black sesame seed
Garnish with green onion & bell pepper
Serve with Rice 🙂
