That red yellow and white boat with the Merc 250 might not be the fastest boat out there, but it will certainly be the most beautiful boat. I remember drooling over that paint job back in the day, wishing I had the wherewithall to get one of those boats they looked so FAST, especially with a big honkin' V8 !!

With that much wind you'd really have to go with an off camera mic. Everything attached to the mic is picking up that wind noise. The back of the mic the cord, everything. You'd need a complete blimp covering the mic to clean it up and probably wireless transmitter on the camera. It's expensive but rode reporter mic handheld low behind the wind screen transmitting to the camera. Or a shotgun mic with fur transmitting to the camera then you could pop it on the camera when you stop and film normal style. Either way I'd say get the mic off the camera when you're going high speeds cause that amount of wind will find it's way into the mic
Liberators are splashes of Eliminator Daytona molds. That is a pre 1992 mold. Same as Cougars and some Nordics. Eliminator never sold the post 1992 Molds.
@@schumisupra The newer Liberators are still the same bottoms, but they added 5 inches to the top half of the mold on the 21...maybe some other bigger ones too. The designer of those bottoms also was the designer of original DCB Mach 22 etc way back in 1995-ish. Maybe still designs the bottoms. They are safe, stable, and legit.
Best it has been 96mph, but that was before redoing the transom and it was with Merc 3 blade cleavers 36's. She should do 98 to 100mph now this set up. believe me its fast enough for what it is.
