You know, you are actually blessed to be able to get 4 new dresses a year. I got three dresses for Christmas, but I normally don't get new dresses until the old ones actually become so worn out that they can't be mended. So, since that takes years to do, I still have some dresses that are 17 years old and still usable. New dresses are not in the budget most of the time.
