    Hi there, I eat very healthy, very active lifestyle, also do take these vitamins and all the spices and herbs you mentioned..but I still do gets body aches and tiredness, also inflammation as well! Any suggestions please:)

    شکر ہے ڈاکٹر صاحب آپ نے یہ بات واضح کر دی، ورنہ میں تو سوچ رہی تھی کہ avocado oil بندہ کیسے afford کرے۔ کیونکہ زیتون کے تیل میں ہماری دیسی کھانے (تیز آنچ پہ بھنائ) تو نہیں بن سکتے

      زیتون کا تیل کبهی مت پکائیں اسے کچا استعمال کریں۔ آپ پکانے کے لئے صرف سرسوں کا تیل یا دیسی گھی استعمال کریں۔
