The books of Nestorius, declared to be heresy, were burned under an edict of Theodosius II.
That brings us to the first 5 centuries of Christendom. It continued after that - for about 14 centuries. Any books that didn’t agree with orthodox Christianity, even heterodox Christian writings.

The Koran says the Bible is the trustworthy Word of God and the accusation that it’s been corrupted, as Muslim’s falsely claim, that Jesus Christ body was somehow substituted by another man. There were numerous eyewitness accounts not just believers. The evidence is there/ most if not all modern secular historians have stated that Christ was crucified. Please read the full gospel of John and see if you don’t come to the conclusion that He is who He claims to be. Do the research, it’s absolutely worth it. God bless you on this journey.

During the incarnation, Jesus was temporarily “made lower than the angels” (Hebrews 2:9), which refers to Jesus’ status. The doctrine of the incarnation says that the second Person of the Trinity took on human flesh. Therefore, for all intents and purposes, Jesus was fully human and “made lower than the angels.” However, Jesus is fully divine, too. In essence, what it means is that Jesus voluntarily relinquished the prerogative of freely exercising His divine attributes and subjected Himself to the will of the Father while on earth.
