- After fighting some of the hardest bosses in Dark Souls 3 I kept hearing Midir and Gael are way harder in the Ringed City DLC so I had to play it

I'm different now...You know you have fallen in love with the souls formula when you say that.
"This is an easy boss fight!"
Every Dark Souls player be like:
The Demon Prince arena is Firelink shrine from Darksouls 1
wait, WHAAAT ?
@@mazinomoro-hb4zryup itâs pretty fuckin awesome
Yup it's the same spot
Yup it's so cool to see again.
Wait⊠what does that imply then?!
Midir ?
1st try?
The boss that gave me endless ptsd for 5 days, that boss?
Good grail of holy jesus of dark souls! That's impressive on your part and im pissed and happy for you!
he's not bad if you stay up on him constantly, he won't do the humanity attack or the laser. you get plenty of attack/healing windows since he just lays his head right in front of you between attacks
Elden ring dragon simulator helps tbf
5 days bro you suck đ
you know you're bad when floverse out beats you like that đ
Bro zanny first tried midir too I was shocked. I HATED MIDIR FOR SO LONG until I really learned him then I fell in love
You have officially become the new Zanny, "I first tried Midir!" Is a catchphraze that will live on through the ages.
Zanny legend đ«¶đœ
"I'm different now" is the best line of the year. I love your videos man.
Those three big dudes on the stairs⊠youâre supposed to plunge attack them lol.
Gael is genuinely the most fun fight in FromSoft catalog for me. His arena, the context and lore behind it, the excellent music, and just being one of the last bosses to fight in the trilogy along with his insanely fun moveset is just peak Dark Souls. He's not the hardest boss ever but he's a lot like Artorias, the dance you participate in is just so much fun. If FromSoft keeps their track record up, that Elden Ring dlc is gonna have some incredible bosses since all of their best content tends to be in dlcs.
It's only fitting that in a universe of Kings, Dragons and Gods, at the end of the world, it's two nobodies fighting each other
bro i gotta give props to you for beating midir first try. Easily the HARDEST boss for me (21 tries) and you managed to sit him down. Good job
It took me 2 days 6 hours a day đđ
Love hove you skiped the whole poison swamp section :D
I thought the same thing! Those angels gave me so much trouble on my first playthrough...
Mimir is hard if you fight him like other large enemies ie but hugging, but you fought him face to face which is the best way to fight him, literally my favourite ds3 boss
it's always funny to watch people rage call him a bad boss while hitting his toes. But respect to floverse for using his brain
He beat Bloodborne, which includes the template for Midir AKA Amygdala, so Iâm completely unsurprised he beat Midir so quickly
@@reaperofthings really all i recall about amygdala is the damage modifier to head being similar but not really anything else similar to midir from memory (been years tho)
@@reaperofthings elden ring dragons borrows things from midir
The thing about Midir is that you played Elden Ring first, Every ER dragon is more or less a copy paste of Midir with a slightly modified moveset. You were prepared.
"Cost of my sanity-" UH UH NO SANITY LOSE WE'RE DIFFERENT NOW đ„đ„đ„
Yo first trying Midir is insane
Golden rule of the ringed city = never fight more than 1 harald knight at once
And plung attack their asses with a high crit wep to one shot them
Slave knight Gael whas my favourite bossfight in the game, I love that boss.
Peak boss fr
Bro really used the Nameless King as his teacher. FLO is HIM. Loved watching you go on this journey.
Love how you edit in the lies of p music since its just soooo chill ^^
Flo, the Spear of the Church Boss can be the easiest or hardest in the game. Is supposed to be a PvP fight, that pulls players in the area to fight you. It focuses on summoning those who wear the covenant to participate, if none is found, it pulls a random player, and only after failing that too, it pulls what you fought, the standard NPC that is AI.
I will be honest, on my fight, I was being "camped" by a legit pro in the game that was one shotting me, and others had the same experience. A pro player could "grief" you by standing in the area always being summoned to your boss fight. I legit quit the game that day, and the next day I actually faced a guy that I could kill, but it was intense. I wish you could experience the boss fight by what it really is, a PvP fight.
This is the dark souls 3 experience
I just found your channel and have gone through all your DS3 content. The change from the start to now is crazy. Definitely different now đ€đ€
Bro, you have ascended. Good shit
Yo fun fact about this day. i turn 20 years old today.
Got a recurve bow and other training equipment.
Man I was laughing at the beginning but you are so different now. Cannot believe that Midir fight. That was something for the ages. Glad you stuck with it
NGL man, one shotting Midir is impressive and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. That took me a solid 2 hours of attempts the first time. Looking forward to the Elden Ring DLC videos
One trying
Damn bro this is sick, this time you are really different, you literally have 3 bosses left to complete the whole game
and You've already beaten one of those 3 in the ringed city,
I hope we see another video for the last boss in the original game
Dude, hats off to your for beating Midir first try lmao. I've probably died to him more than all of DS3 bosses combined (excluding Friede)
Your joking right MIDIRđđ€Ł heâs a discount version of Dragonlord plasuidsax from elden ring
â@@Mo_Mudabberplasuidsax is one of the eassiest bosses in elden ring he is just cheap coppy od midir
You did the perfect Midir strat on your first try! That was great! It took me quite a few tries to realize I needed to stay right in front of him and not use the lock on...I normally throw on the Black Knight Ultra Greatsword also for a little extra reach because I wiff his head so much...
Bro...first try midir and three attempts for Gael...u learned very well from beeing assclapped by the nameless king and sister friede, my heartfelt congratulations that was really impressive, chapeau!!
I saw your video for first time..loved it your are so hilarious and good player đđđkeep it up!!!
The lighting in Gael's fight occurs where the red skulls land. Wherever they land, you will see a dark spot surrounded by light, and shortly afterwards that get's struck by lightning. You just kept standing on them
Wow you absolutely smashed Midir, a boss that caused me to change up my entire playstyle, hats off my dude. I cannot wait for you to play Sekiro, you would love it
Medir was a nightmare ...
first trying midir is CRAZY man you became so good bro
5:00 literally thatÂŽs the better reaction to a second boss fase LOL
Something that I will always love is that it is universally accepted to use the grass crest shield no matter the buildđ
Canât wait for this to be another banger đ„
about slave knight gael: when he cries he spawns those red skeleton slow projectiles. the place they land will have a black circle and that's where the lightning hits, so it is probably the most predictable attack in the game
yesssss im so glad youve returned to ds3
My man skipped the whole swamp with the angels! That area drove me crazy! lol...This was a good video...
First trying Midir is quite an accomplishment! Well done!
Bro i love your videos youâre one of my favorite youtubers đđ
âWhat would MeekMill say?!â Took me smooth tf out đđđđ€Ł
the susanoo sword buff looks cool asf.
Sick! Im going to jump into this dlc when im done with Sekiro.
he is him. a rare W today, great vid!
After having seen your playthroughs of Bloodborne, Lies of P, and now DS3, I'm so impressed with the way you absolutely went off here in the DS3 DLC. Slave Knight Gael third try, Midir FIRST try, some absolutely beautiful playing in both those fights. Congrats man, you've really come a long way in these games. You're DIFFERENT now.
This truky was our dark souls 3
If you play online, halflight is a PVP boss, the summons are controlled by other players
Damn bro IS different now I was not expecting the one and done with midir đđ
What the hell... I'm absolutely speechless... Midir was a nightmare for me
Damn, I got a Vaati Vidya ad lmao, was never expecting that
âLightning! Who in the hell are you!â đ
9:46 It's not like you missed the cover on the left and died a bunch of times from before
those headless enemies die in 1 hit if you plunch attack them and land on their head, or 2 if you parry them.
Has anyone ELSE FIRST-TRIED MIDIR!
He did, genuinely amazed.
I beat him 1st try with the dragonslayer axe,
Running on Empty flask
22:25 "Damn, you're big." Famous last words to say to a woman đ
Dude!! I'm mad at you, how did you killed it on first try? i broke the joysticks because of that boss! Well you have my respect for that, here's a sub and a like.
"I'm different now" gives me chills
2:45 you are absolutely right
Nice work
The ringed knight set is my favorite armor set in ds3 and probably all of soulsborne tbh
Damn, killed the Demon Prince. Second, try, bravo Flo, you're growing. Good luck with Gael(you'll love and hate the fight. the same goes for Midir)
Edit:Flo has grown from a simple man to a souls player, good job on them
lol this comment will age poorly
Let me tell you sum lil bro...
Hate to break it to you, but he finishes the dlc in this very video by 3rd trying gael and 1ST TRYING MFING MIDIR.
â@@zomorion9183
First trying Midir is crazy. I struggled on him cause I had to learn how to position myself with the camera but he still wasn't too bad. Easily the best dragon fight in the trilogy though. Kalmeet is awesome though as well.
18:04 Yes, 27:47 also yes, 28:37 him, 35:39 better
Congratulations, your a fully fledged souls player now.
Lol your midir fight. That's awesome.
He's finally become him.
what the sigma?!
Gad damn man , first tried midir ??? That's crazy dude .
Gael is literally him
My guy is a professional souls player now GGS
1st trying Midir is the ultimate chad moment if I've ever seen one. GGs
BRO FIRST TRYED MIDIR, MY MAN
12:38 I lost itđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
At 9:10, did I see him run past a spot where you could've sandwiched in between gravestones that would have protected him from both angles right before the drop of spot?
Slave knight gael is the perfect end boss to the trilogy. 2 nobodies, fighting in the middle of nowhere over nothing. A poetic end
Defeating Midir on the first try.
Fuckin spectacular.
"Nameless king taught me patience" -Floverse 2024
Proud of you my boy, those were some amazing fights. Cant wait to see the finale of your dark souls journey. Tho I am surprised you skipped out from using the dual curved greatsword you got from the knight right before the spears of the church "boss fight". Since you farmed the ringed knight set n already rockin a curved greatsword i was so sure you'd tryem. Til next time bro gg
Bro really first tried Midir... Damn!
the dragon you fought is an optional boss he is literally the hardest boss of ds3 the reward for killing him is flexing your skill and getting the best katana in the game with physical dmg dark dmg bleed and long range skill plus a spamable short range skill for bleed
Nameless King forged this man into a ruthless killing machine, I had more fun watching him get owned by the Abyss Watchers lmao
bro beating demon prince was crazy. made it look easy
Im different đđđim dying !!!u clapped tha dragon
23:36 The games cover art is the final main game boss posing in the final DLC's arena. And you should also trade in Midirs soul for a cool looking anime katana
U are very underrated â€
same hidden boss Iâve been stuck on for almost a year, like HOW đ
man I hope you go through the lore of dark souls series. You appreciate this game so much more if you know the lore
bro really was different, first trying midir and 3rd trying gael
Congratulations floverse I was getting hyped for you! Midir 1st try I was starting to wondering. Congrats!
Praise God. It's a good video thank you Lord. Thank you floverse.
Damn you made this look easy.
A true souls player knows that the camera man is the most difficult boss.
Actually insane
Oh yeah, let me bring the popcorn
guys i think he's different now
21:33 That is actually a PVP boss fight lmao. The regular NPC Halflight is very easy, be thankful you didnât get an actual player, because youâd likely face some form of sweat build
My guy really got gud after nameless king. o7
I think the DLC you're playing has time travel in it. You see you are in the future where the Kingdom you were at fell sometime after you touched the egg.
So that egg was keeping the Ringed City from being affected by time. When you break the egg the City is no longer immune and you get transported forward in time. At this point the first flame has been linked and extinguished so many times(countless) the world has become ash. Gael's goal was to collect the Dark Soul (by eating people for countless years due to everyone having a piece of it) so you can beat him and give it to the girl making the painting. So your literally fighting the wielder of the Dark Soul at the end of time for the final boss.
Why am i Hearing Hotel kratt music cause that shit was Goooood
so you skiped the whole poison swamp section, why ?đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
What the hell did the Nameless King put you through đź this dude is good
"What would meek mill say?!" Apparently something along the lines of, "No, Puffy, it hurts, i don't want it" ):
