Two camera angles of a distant reiki healing session on you. This is how I do my technique for clients except obviously not using you as part of the ritual lol. Using healing crystals and candles, oils, tarot cards, sea salt and a lot of energy work overall. Enjoy.

The lighting in that second camera angle, the one where the camera cuts down to the legs, that lighting is so beautiful and relaxing. You should shoot a whole video in that light. I also am loving the oils . My new fav asmr is oil application and chrytals

i used to suffer anxiety and panic attacks frequently. I found the books and audiobooks from dr Claire weekes helped me a lot and now I don't suffer them anymore. You can just search dr claire weekes here on CZcams and find her audios. I hope it helps x

It's crazy to me how when I actually clear my mind and focus on the video, I can actually feel the energy changing in my body. When you're focusing on the legs, my legs tingle, same with everything else. And my energy genuinely shifts to a calmer state. Love your reiki videos
