I love hearing the bird in the background and the plane going over. Silence is peaceful and comforting but the general sounds of every day life can be peaceful and comforting too. I'd also like to say that your spiritual videos are the best around in my opinion, you come across as so legitimately caring. I wish many good things for you Tony, you seem like a really sweet person and I hope your brother is doing well too.
I absolutely love these Reiki healing. Sometimes on a day off I’ll just lay down with a crystal and listen to one of these. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and calm.
