India me 80% population BPL hai. Chahe uske pas bpl card ho ya na ho. Ye bpl, ayushman card, ye bund kar dena chahiye. Government hospital me sabko without card help milna chahiye. Jiske pas money hai, wo government hospital me nahi jayega. Jiske pas money nahi hai wo government hospital jaroor jayega, chahe uske paas bpl card ho ya na ho. Government hospital me private ward khatm kar dena chahiye. Kewal general ward hone chahiye.
