If you are so desperate for baccha then stop vlogging for 2-3 months and in the meantime improve your lifestyle eat healthy,reduce stress, sleep properly 7-8 hours , do exercise and changed your mindset that healthy khana,exercise burden hai.healthy Lifestyle se hormones balance honge sb shi hoga otherwise no hakim will cure you . And stop promoting such things.
