Oh man i love the fact that you are providing the full manual and breakdown! I have always loved Hope products for their serviceability, this looks to even be much more service friendly!
Would you say they are capable of handling water bleeding well? I always bleed with distilled water and have to top off my brakes often because of leaks and evaporation. Would love to win the giveaway and give these a test!

Hi! Thanks so much for the interest and the comment!
I made the manual as detailed as possible as I wanted to make sure that everyone has all the maintenance details available. For me it is quite important not to have to figure out how things work and get maintained (I've already done it and you shouldn't have to also do it!)
As far as the bleeding issues you mention, these slave cylinders have been designed with water bleeding in mind and as far as they've been tested up to now (also by some top riders) no one had any issues with that! You can't avoid a bit of minor leaking and evaporation along the braking system (lever, hoses and slave cylinders) but at least for me and my level of riding it takes months until I need to rebleed them!
Good luck with your participation in the giveaway! The results will be announced tomorrow via stories on the ξ /ksi/ cycling and the bikecave.eu accounts!
