Adventure skid plate Tenere 700 World Raid - Weight : 3.1Kg . This bash plate protects the frame tubes, the linkage, the side stand sensor and the cases by following the bike lines. Its design made of High Density PolyEthylen plastic 8mm thick provides a reinforced protection by being 30-40% lighter than a similar product made of alloy. Contrary to aluminium bash plates, HDPE reduces a lot the noise of rock impacting the plate, does not generate any vibrations and does not undergo deformation. We made it for a pleasant use and an easier maintenance ! This skid plate is not compatible with the after market crash bars ( it will require some modifications ). The after market center stands will fit but some cuts at the rear of the skid plate will be necessary. It fits only Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid.

Sa conception en plastique polyéthylène haute densité d’épaisseur 8mm procure une protection renforcée tout en étant de 30 à 40% plus léger que l’aluminium pour un produit similaire. Contrairement aux sabots alu, le PEHD réduit de façon conséquence le bruit des impacts, ne génère pas de vibrations et ne subit pas les déformations, on en a fait un usage plus agréable et une maintenance facilitée ! Ce sabot n’est pas compatible avec les crash-bars du marché (des modifications seront nécessaires). Les béquilles centrales peuvent se monter mais nécessiteront de petites découpes sur la partie arrière du sabot. Montage valable sur Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid uniquement !

Très bon sabot moteur mais préparé vous a découper et lime les coter et le support a l'avant du sabot car sa ne passe pas avec protection de radiateur et crash bar, malheureusement je trouve qu'il faut quand même bien découper pour un sabot a plus de 300e, mais sinon c'est du solide et ne compter pas sur le sav pour avoir des explications 2 mail envoyer plus 1 formulaire remplie sur les site sans réponse de leur part.
Via ce lien: www.axp-racing.com/fr/product/sabot-yamaha-tenere-700-world-raid-2022-2023-noir-ax1634 , il est clairement précisé que le sabot n'est pas compatible avec les crash bars du marché et que des découpes seront nécessaires. Il nous est simplement impossible de nous fournir touts les modèles existants, les monter et rendre compatible le sabot . En ce qui concerne le délai de réponse, la personne chargée de l'aspect technique prend parfois des congés, ce qui fut le cas la semaine ou vous avez écrit.

J'ai bien regardé aussi et je ne trouve pas de crash bar compatible avec le AXP pourtant c'est celui qui offre le plus de protection.
Les modifications sont elles si difficiles ?

it can fit on a standard T700 cause the front fixation points are only present on the world raid :/ sorry

Je suis entrain de monter une Tenere 700 world rally pour se voyage et je veut votre skid plate pour ca reputation, mais aussi les crash bar de chez outback motortek? No, this skid plate is not compatible with SW Motech crash bars without modifications.
I just ordered the plate. I'm sure I will love it. Question: What crash bars fit best with AXP skid plate? I don't want be cutting the plate to fit the crash bars. Thanks!
As mentionned on our website, there is no crash bars compatible without modifications. The easier option are the Hepco and Becker meaning only small cut but this is a customer testimony, we didn't experienced ourselves

Hi,
We recently found a model that seems to be compatible with our skid plate (www.motea.com/fr/pare-carter-compatible-avec-yamaha-tenere-700-world-raid-22-23-motoguard-garde-moteur-hg15-a563287-0) as it does not use the same mounting points as us.
Then, we don’t plan to modify the front fixation. Some of our clients did a small cut in the skid plate to fit the crash bars and they reduced a bit the thickness of the fixation on the sides.

Can confirm, nothing fits. cross threaded one of the front mounting points on the bike trying to fit this garbade.
If you want a bash plate look elswhere.
Hello, why It doesn t cover the water pump like the One for the standard t7?
it has been asked from customers to give a "rally" design and so we did. Adding the water pump protection would have complicated the design

No they are not but there are some possible modifications to make them fit: a cut on each side of the plate to pass the tubes and file the front fixation in plastique to have a correct adjustment with SW Motech spacers.
These are the modifications some of our clients did but we did not do it ourselves so we cannot guarantee anything.

It's compatible with center stand?
We can't test all after market center stands and the linkage guard may interfere with soem of it. We just know customers who have fitted the SW Motech and the Yamaha ones fits as well with a small cut in the plastic plate. Hope to answer a minimum to your question :)
