First off - love your videos. Second - breathing is one of the hardest things to remember. Im a climber, mountain biker, and moto nut and it took me years within each sport to train myself to breathe. Game changer as you’re hinting at. Getting fired up for riding season.

This type of riding is a different level of fitness, I joined the lap just behind you at the start and thought it was you from the gloves but got stopped for the briefing, was tough going seeing how dry it was 😅

Good skills man I did the kids tough one little brother here I was 1st and dropped to 3rd because I hit a rock and bent my gear leaver an had to use my heel to shift up and there was a rock and I changed gear and it bent my foot backwards I was wearing gearnes at the time ride safe man 🤘🏻👍🏻

But I also am wanting to in a few years take a really long ride around a country so it would be long distance. But I don't want to have to buy more than one bike if I don't have too.
