HOA is too much, too many rules, too many regulations!
The HOA's preserve the value of the properties but I have several clients who absolutely do not like HOA's and I have helped them into areas where there are none. No fees no hassles. Feel free to reach out I'm happy to help.
That may be a restrictive feeling for some people, but I for one appreciate the guidelines in place so that my neighbors do not paint their house purple, leave their garbage cans on the street all week, and work on their cars in the driveway. To each his own. I hope you find the neighborhood that works for you.

@@kumaboyy.7443 I currently split my time between two residences in order to enjoy perfect weather. Both of HOAs. Both have increased, and I am comfortable with that. Again, to each his own. I enjoy a well manicured environment and security that makes the rounds continuously throughout the night. I enjoy being able to let management know I'm gone for the season and they keep an extra close eye on my home. I hope you have found a place that resonates with you! 😁🌻
