Summerlin was high on my list of places to move to. And this video shows why it is on so many others' list too. I moved to Sugar Land, Texas instead, and I'm very happy here, but boy I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to work with you. You are a rockstar.
To think all that is going on in Summerlin, one would never have to leave; yet the Vegas Strip is right there in your backyard too. No wonder housing prices have skyrocketed there

If you're purchasing a previously owned home in a 55+ community in Summerlin do you have to pay SIDS and LIDS?
Siena 55+ paid Howard Hughes so we manage our own HOA.
It depends on the home. Some home owners pay it off and some will sell the home with a remaining balance.
