Nice one , Thanks. Sir , you could have also covered about breakdown cover and why it's required - like AA & RAC - I am not aware about any such facility back in India.
It is essential to have but not mandatory, the reason is there are no garages on the highways for few miles.. so if your car breakdown and you don’t have any cover then you will be stuck without help..
Please don't forget to consider your running cost.
For a £5000 car, this is how the annual and monthly cost turned out for me.
Road Tax - £180 (mandaory)
MOT - £60 (mandatory)
Breakdown/Service - £600 (It will cost you easily this much with service and parts for an old car, do not ignore)
Insurance - £800 (mandatory)
Petrol - £600 (easily comes around)
Parts/Misc - £200 (there will be minor things here and there for old cars, so do not ignore this as well)
Sum that all up.. and that comes around £2400/year.
If you see through the scam, you only take value of say less than £1000 pounds per year, or 80 per month
whereas you're paying 200% more just to insurance and service.
Unless you desperately require a car for your family... don't take it.
It's not normal cost... actually the whole thing is a well covered SCAM.
Yes, nothing else but scam.
First you'll pay for finance which is 10% or more per annum,
then you'll pay insurance which is ridiculous amount, as if the car has diamonds engraved in it.
Then labour charges for service is expensive.
It's not worth it, unless your family needs it desperately, because public transport is unavailable for you.

no u need international license even if u have international licence u can only drive for 12months

@@HumTumInEngland thanks I called them from India.. many calls went on voice mail. 1 picked up Agent said pay the deposit and rent amount, show uni ID then directly we can land in rented house. So virtual ID can be taken from uni. And on thr day of arrival contract can be signed.
