Great tips! Totally agree. One thing I learned from being on CZcams for a while is that thumbnails are really key. From colors to words and images, it has to provoke someone's curiosity and match what they're looking for.
I have not been consistent at all!! I am going to really work on it this now. Planning ahead and filming more to have videos ready when I’m not feeling good so I can’t still be consistent with 1-2 videos a week.
Joining your Creator Fast Track program was the smartest thing I did to start my channel. Following your instruction, I’m at 366 subs, posting 1-2 times/wk, and 53 videos in 8 months. Although small, I wouldn’t even be this far without CFT. Now, I have a better sense of what I want to focus on and what steps I need to take to improve and grow faster. It’s a learning curve for sure! I was afraid of being direct about my goal to mentor women on the journey to a good life with Jesus. So my videos are competing with zillions of self-help videos. I’m going to refocus, update my competitor channel research and relaunch (as you suggest) with a new consistent series. Thank you and God bless you!

I think my challenge as to why my channel isn’t growing to where I want it to is because the 2nd point you pointed out - the number of videos. I’ve recently started a new series on my channel to test things out and I haven’t hit my 35 videos yet on this new series for the CZcams algorithm to categorize my content. I’ve hit my 100th video last week and posting every week for over a year, but I’ve been talking about different topics. The future is so bright and looking to see where this new niche takes me and my channel and for my current and new viewers! Thank you for being so helpful and congratulations on growing massively online while also being a beautiful mom and wife! You’re such an inspiration! ❤️❤️

This was fantastic, thank you. My strategy on CZcams previously has been simply to share a podcast recording (video). I’m inspired to make sure I’m doing CZcams specific videos now which are edited.

Like I've got more structure, focus, and visual now than before. There's only 7-ish in the "better style" so maybe I just need to keep working in. I'm totally loast on the whole TN game. Realistically it can take a year or two to have built a good audience, sometimes longer. MrBeast was creating for 6 years until he started seeing results. The key is to create meaningful valuable content 1-2 times a week 🥳👍🏻

I think maybe I just need to be more patient. I have been posting consistently for the last eight week s but only have eight videos up instead of the 35 you mentioned under patience. I thought I would be seeing more results by now but maybe it is still too early. I thought maybe no one was interested in the topic (I do have quite a specific topic - Bible study, more particularly focussing on Biblical Typology) but maybe I just need to give it a bit longer and then judge that.
Patience is key! Without it, you'll give up too soon. But make sure you're not being TOO patient -- don't just wait for success. Take an active role and keep working on improving your strategy!
