If you put the eggs in a bowl of water and the very fresh eggs will sink to the bottom then as they get older they gradually rise and if the reach the top.and float through them out. I use the slightly older ones in backing.

When I have lots of eggs, I love to make egg salad. A little mayo, chopped celery, and a little sweet onion. You could add some chopped pickles or relish, too.

I'd like to share what we do at our home with pancakes and waffles. We add peanut butter spread on them then syrup and it is really filling. Sometimes some chocolate chips in the batter then when they are finished cooking we put butter then peanut butter then syrup. Don't knock it until you try it. 🤗
I was super surprised that I didn't see any pinto beans and cornbread, no cornbread at all, just flat bread and biscuits once. I like a variety of breads, garlic bread, rolls, cornbread, biscuits, etc. and to me, there's nothing better than pinto beans, fried potatoes and cornbread ! Well, maybe some polk salad 😂😂😂
