I was in Barrow for the arrival of the bikes....the crowds turned out in their tens of thousands, I have never seen anything like it. Cumbria Police estimated 45,000 bikes!!! The 4 lane Abbey rd into Barrow was reduced to a single lane by the sheer weight of numbers of people clapping and waving at the bikers. It was very moving ...Dave Myres you legend.

Saw these bikes on the A590 after they left the M6 at J36 (I put a video on YT shorts). That was damn impressive and respect to all those who took part. Long live Dave Myers
It was. They had several cars which they used to close the roundabout to non-rally traffic as we left - more than the Met did as we departed the Ace Cafe earlier; we were mostly left to fend for ourselves on a very busy north circular road resulting in a fragmented convoy. Still awesome though. RIP Dave.

We saw the procession coming through Ulverston in the Lake District. Everyone was clapping and the bikers sounding there horns. Very emotional 😢
