Don't work on you legs every day, can almost promise that you'll be suffering from overuse and might be why your not progressing. Go whatch professional dunkers and how they train as well, people like isaiah rivera are good
I'm 5'10 and can grip rim. It's not about how strong your legs are, but technique. Just practice your technique of jumping and watch CZcams videos on it. Depends whether u jump off one foot or two
