  • Tories have faced a backlash after posting a meme on social media about Sir Keir Starmer taking family time on Fridays and leaving Downing Street by 6pm if he were Prime Minister.
This is in contrast to a comment made by Rishi Sunak two weeks ago on LBC.

The good thing is that an awful lot of tory MPS will be able to spend a lot more time with their families after the election.

Do the Tories understand family life and its needs? Clearly not from their policies over the years.

They are so desperate now. Can’t wait until Thursday to see Tories get kicked out. I bet Rishi has started packing already 😂😂

What is partime about it 1 evening a week to have dinner with his family, if nothing pressing, his working the other the rest of the time, good for him . Sunac might have been a better pm if he took a break instead of how to fleece normal working people and stealth tax our pessioners.

Maybe Sunak fasting once a week is the reason he's so bad?

But its ok for Rishi to pop down to Southampton to watch his team play on a Saturday afternoon? At least Keir will be in Downing Street.

At least he stayed in Normandy, not with his family .Wishy was running back to the UK to look after his own interests on the canvasing lark, then probably back to his own gaff to see his missis . What a back sliding creep .After the election, it's back to normal for wishy back and forth to callifornia on the make 😮

Stop stop stop. We are fed up of this trivial backbiting. Leave eachother alone and get on with presenting your case to voters .

Shabbat and Friday night prayers when he’s a self confessed atheist? Perhaps a Mon, Tue, Wed or Thur night would be time better set aside with his family.

Sunak and starmer have wasted hours, days, in particular just putting each other down. Its been the same in the election. Openly bettering and putting each other down. I foe one am sick of this behaviour in people in positions of running the country. They are consistently like kids battling for a toy.
