How to Install Apple CarPlay Update for Ride Command 2020 Indian Motorcycle Challenger Chieftain

Here's How to Install the Apple CarPlay Update for Ride Command 2020 Indian Motorcycles. This update works for all 2020 Challenger, Chieftan and Roadmasters.
First go to: ridecommand.indianmotorcycle....
1. Download the update.
2. Save the update file to a removable USB drive. FAT32 or exFAT format is supported.
3. Plug the USB drive into your vehicle's USB port and turn on the display.
4. Press the Indian Motorcycle logo at the top of the screen, then press "Settings".
5. Press "General" from the tabs on the left.
6. Scroll down to "Update Software".
7. Select the file you want to install. "Newest" will be automatically displayed next to the newest version detected on the USB drive.
8. The display will reboot and install the software

Hoping you may be able to point me in the right direction because this is becoming frustrating. For me CarPlay still won’t work for my 2020 Chieftain Limited. Downloaded and installed latest software. iPhone 11 connects to bike. My Sena headset connects to the bike but the Apple Car Play is grayed out and won’t activate. I have connected services and GPS as well. Have you seen this before?
